Solution interfaces with other systems for postage handling, accounting,
and barcode technology.
The Business Management Solution offers complete drop entry and
postal statement generation capabilities for your Standard and First
Class Mailings. The system also interfaces with Post
Master™ 2000 and Dat-Mail™ from
WindowBook to provide additional postage handling. The PRO-MAIL® Business Management Solution
manages the postage accounting, postage production and postage
billing on invoices.

The PRO-MAIL®
Business Management Solution
is equipped with Invoicing, Postage Accounting, Purchasing, and
Accounts Payable capabilities. The system enables you to interface
with an accounting package of your choice for banking, general
ledger, and financials. Great Plains and Small Business Financials
by Microsoft, and Intuit's Quickbooks are among the accounting
systems integrated with the Business Management Solution.
Additional accounting systems will also be integrated
with the Business Management Solution upon request.
The PRO-MAIL®
Business Management Solution can
interface with hand held, wireless Radio Frequency (RF) devices for shop
floor data capture and inventory control. These RF devices run an
internet browser to access and input data into the
PRO-MAIL® Business Management Solution when
barcodes are scanned. The
