Software Marketing Associates (SMA) is pleased to announce a training seminar geared specifically for the PRO-MAIL® Version 5 Business Management Solution.
The Version 5 Business Management Solution includes a complete suite of systems -Project Management System, Production Control System, and Warehouse Management System. The PRO-MAIL® Version 5 Business Management Solution is a total software solution that enables direct marketers to efficiently manage multiple direct mail projects, ship inventory, generate accurate invoices, track postage and much more.
Business Management Solution Class: Who should attend?
This class is designed for both current and new Business Management Solution users.
Each class session is designed to arm attendees with the knowledge and understanding needed to implement the PRO-MAIL® Business Management Solution in their departments. We encourage attendance by the following members of your staff:
Customer Service Representatives - will learn how to create Projects / Jobs and request inventory as well as to track client and prospect activity.
Accounting Representatives - will learn about the Version 5 accounting interface, invoicing, receivables and postage accounting.
Production Managers - will learn how to use the Version 5 scripting capabilities, create jobs, enter time against jobs, and the planning & scheduling features. General warehousing concepts will also be covered.
Business Owners / Sales Representatives - will gain an in depth understanding of the capabilities of the system in order to meet the needs of current and prospective clients.
Seminar Highlights:
Client Job Request: Allows clients to submit a job request directly to you over the web via the Client Relations View.
Project Entry: Define work to be done for your client, identify and define inventory, submit quotes, and obtain job statuses.
Quotes: Allows employees to easily and accurately present an estimate.
Jobs: Details work done for a client including estimated quantity, work specifications, postage descriptions, and products.
Financial System: Allows employees to create invoices, post receivables, and complete other accounting transactions via the accounting interface.
Client Relationship Management: Track all of your client and prospect activity from recording key contact information to distributing mass communications.
Production Control System: Allows employees to enter time against a job, monitor job progress via planning & scheduling and track postage with WindowBookTM.
Warehouse Management System: Organize the warehouse and manage customer inventory.
